The present privacy policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy”) applies to the website (hereinafter, the “Website”) and governs the processing of personal data by Diwar S.r.l. (hereinafter, Diwar, or “Company”) for the purpose of carrying out the sales activities of products (hereinafter, the “Products”) through the Website and, with the consent of the user, for marketing purposes.

The personal data that Diwar collects and processes includes name, address, telephone number, email address (e-mail), fiscal code or VAT number and any other optional information.
Diwar collects and processes personal data provided voluntarily by the user to perform all the business of selling products through the Website and closely related activities (such as fraud prevention, management of product returns, Product warrantees, customer support, involvement in initiatives offered on the Website, requests made to Diwar for information relating to the purchase of Products or rather the communication to Diwar relating to these activities. The provision of personal data

The provision of data by the user is required to carry out the business of selling Products through the Website, and activities related to them. Moreover, the provision of personal data is obligatory to satisfy the requirements of legislative nature; failure to provide personal data by the user in the cases mentioned above will make it impossible for the user to receive the services, the Products requested and to receive replies and information requested from Diwar.

Extent of disclosure of personal data

The personal data of the user will be accessible to our staff in charge of data processing in relation to the above purposes and to the Data Processing Manager. The complete, updated list of data processors and individuals to whom the data is available upon request to Diwar.
The personal data of the user may be communicated to professionals, partners, and third parties who carry out technical and organizational services and may be needed by Diwar for the purposes specified above. These individuals, who may owners, managers or individuals in charge of processing, will process the data, as appropriate, for the purposes specified above and in full compliance with the Privacy Code; these individuals will have access only to the information necessary to perform their relative functions.
